Missing Widget

Hello,
When I first activated this plugin there was a widget. There was also a list of options at the bottom of the page or post. I then deactivated it since I thought I wasn’t going to use it. Turns out I am going to use it but now there is no widget or options on the page. Any idea where it went? Thanks
