Thanks for the link. It looks to me like it’s a javascript conflict, but I can’t find where the conflict is. Probably it’s something in your theme or plugins. The way to find out would be to start by deactivating all your plugins except for this one and woocommerce. Check if it works. If it doesn’t, deactivate the theme and activate one like the 2012 theme. If it does work, re-activate your theme and plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict. I’m also working on some things that will allow for a form without autocomplete search, but that will probably only be a pro feature.
But, should nt a premier plugin be independent of other plugins or theme. we can’t stop adding functionality just sake of one plugin to be working.. just my suggestion.

The problem is that this plugin and another plugin (or your theme) are conflicting. The point isn’t to turn everything off, it’s to find where the conflict is and fix it. This is actually a very common thing in WordPress, especially if you have lots of plugins. Is this a live site where people are making purchases? If you like you can send me admin login details and I can do this for you. Just reply to the email you sent to support@wpovernight.com and I’ll do what I can. 🙂
