there is no directory called vertical-news-scroller in the wp-content/plugins path
For your convenience. following is the link of my web site
it is designed based on the themeforest theme
when I installed it it was give an error called something linke “no headers……” them I edit the file by removing the spaces of the first comment line. Then it is activated correctly.
Pls let me know how to find the CSS file to and any solution if this theme not allowed to create CSS file
when I search the term “news” form the cpanel of my web hosting account I found there a CSS file called newsscrollcss.css in path wp-content/plugins/envato-wordpress-toolkit/css
it was contain only following
.newsscroller_title{
font-weight: bold;
font-size: 17px;
text-decoration: underline;
}
.scrollercontent{
text-align:justify;
}
but there is no change in news box when I change the CSS file

You have created sub domain wordpress site So plugin also in sub-domain So it is here
http://www.asiricreations.com/test/ab/wp-content/plugins/vertical-news-scroller/
In your root domain there is folder called test/ab
so ab is your wordpress main directory
