    I have used the Lite version a long time without any trouble. Now that I bought the Pro version it doesn´t display my gallery thumbnails (only text boxes). The problem resolves when I switch back to Lite version. I expect the Pro version work the same as Lite version and besides I had no chance to buy the advertised support so I hope we can get this fixed here. Thank you.

    We would be happy to help you with this problem. Please open a support ticket in the member area of our website. Please understand that this forum is for the free version of the plugin only. You will not get any support for the pro version here.

    Unfortunately I cannot open a support ticket. I logged in to your site but there were no such possibility. And I think I shouln´t buy a new product now that the old one´s not working. I must underline that I love your Lite version and it was fine but the Pro version never worked for me the same way within the same Pagelines theme. I would assume that this is not really the case of additional support. Please let me know how to fix this. Thanks.

    I understand but I have no other way contacting you. Like I just said I cannot open a ticket. Sorry for bringing this up here but I already tried twice to send you an e-mail to the address I got an invoice of my purchase. And in my account there´s no possibility to open a ticket… that´s the problem really.

    Ok, this is just mad. You say in your Fancy Gallery Pro page that “Please feel free to try the free lite version of Fancy Gallery Pro before you decide to buy it.” And I have tried, it´s really nice plugin. And I learned to use it. Then I make a purchase in order to turn off the Fancybox effect and I am left with broken -paid- plugin that doesn´t work within the same setup (theme + plugins) than the Lite version.

    Do you really think this is a question of additional support if I could configure the Lite version without help? Is that fair? I´d say this is as much related to the Lite version than to the Pro version. I made a purchase solely to make that green star go away from the tickbox for the Fancybox effect and now my money is wasted.

    I suggest I get a refund or a ticket to solve this. And the only reason I am writing here is that I have no other place to reach you. Of course I would prefer to contact you directly. I am sorry but I am left with no other way.

    @dhoppe I do appreciate that you are adhering to the forum welcome about commercial products but it just may be helpful if you posted a link to your support forum where your customer can open up that ticket.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    The only thing missing is that link from the author which is why I am not closing this right now.
