Whole Site SSL Blocks Theme

    Hello.

    I’m using the latest versions of WordPress, Genesis Framework, the Outreach Pro child theme, and the iThemes Security plugin. I turned on whole-site SSL (I do have an SSL Cert from my host), and it blocks my theme from loading. “https://” in front of it when I turn on the whole site SSL option.

    Any suggestions?

    Posted this 3 months ago with no response. Also, your premium support ticket link from your contact page on ithemes.com goes to a 404.

    Hey Dan,

    I’d suggest contacting Genesis support team and ask them about this. It has to do with how the themes is loading and they’ll be better equipped to help you.

    Thanks for pointing out the 404. That’s an old link that shouldn’t be there. We’ve removed it.

    Hey Dan,

    I tested Genesis with the Beautiful Pro Child theme and it loads https. Would it be possible for you to share your Child theme and I’ll test with it?
