Shortcode not working

Hi there,

I’m having a problem getting the shortcodes to work correctly. It just shows the shortcode instead of the slider. I have added this to my theme functions file add_filter(‘widget_text’,’do_shortcode’); /* Allows shortcode in widget areas

echo do_shortcode(‘[cycloneslider id=”home-slider”]’);

But that is not solving it either. There are no js errors and I tested to see if it was plugin conflict and it was not. I’m currently using theme Reverie
