After upgrading a 2.03 blog to 2.04, once logged in as admin, if I go to another section "Presentation, Plugins, Users, etc..." and then click on the Dashboard link again, I get the error:
A function name was passed that is not allowed to execute on this server.
and no dashboard. Any ideas? Thanks.

More details:
The URL for the dashboard link is:
http://xyz.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=index.php
instead of the expected:
http://xyz.com/wp-admin/index.php
after the upgrade. Hope this helps to shed some light on this issue. Thanks.

I don't know how it was in version 2.0.3. But I have the same problem, I don't get an error message. Just a menu, and the rest is blank. No dashboard.
