Don’t really think this is possible, as the Site Description is a Sitewide change. May I ask, why you are looking to do this? can you provide examples? I say this because there might be another way around what you are trying to accomplish 🙂

Mike, my site is http://www.specialtywriting.com
I have a page http://www.specialtywriting.com/video-presentations that I am building and I would like to have the Text in the Header read, Video Presentations under the site name on that one page.
Perhaps a custom page template? Not sure how to code this. Or maybe css?

I honestly can’t think of a way to do this off top of my head. Did a bit of research and couldn’t find anyone else that has tried to do this. Doesn’t sound like an easy task to code this either. If I knew more PHP, I would try to provide some direction. Hopefully someone else here might be able to help!
