IMO, WP Google Anaytics is the best of the lot of similar plugins. Unfortunately, somehow it interferes with the way the WP-Cache component is working in the WP-Super Cache plugin.
Both WP-Super Cache and WP Google Analytics are on my list of must-haves. Is there a way to get them to work together nicely?

That situation applies to any Google Analytics plugin I tried.
For now, I use server-side caching (eAccelerator) and the counting is far more accurate. Not as good as a server log, but better than with Super Cache.
I wrote to the author of Super Cache and never got a response.
