Sep in browser when no specified site description

    I want to remove sep after site title in the browser when no site description is available. If I don’t specify any site description, there is no point having sep after site title.

    Now it’s like this:

    Site Title |

    I want it like this:

    Site Title

    If, however, I specify a site description, I want it like this:

    Site Title | Site Description

    How do I make it work so?
    WordPress default themes work so but I use a premium theme from ThemeForest that don’t work that way.
