   Could "Jas" be added to the list of abbreviations for James. Currently only James and Jam are supported, but the SBL Handbook of Style lists Jas as the standard abbreviation. I've done this on my own file using the plugin editor, but it would be great if it was standard. See my blog at http://www.oldinthenew.org/?p=194. Thanks for a great plugin! ~Jim Darlack

   Hi Jim,

   Thanks for the idea. My "to-do" list for the next maintenance update already includes combing through the abbreviations to make sure we're covering all the standardized formats. So, hopefully by the next release all the refs will be standardized.
