Try to look at permalinks settings. You have default settings, which don’t even look good. Maybe it will solve the problem.

I noticed two things. Maybe you don’t have selected the corect page for cart in woocommerce settings – check it pls. And the second thing – you are using age verification plugin and maybe something for cookies. Try to deactivate all the plugins you don’t really need, and then try to find the problem by activating them one by one. In my opinion the Age verification plugins has some compactibility issues.

Your theme seems to be Nouveau version 1.2, but the current version is 1.4. Sometime updating can fix these kinds of issues.
