Hi, I have set up a contact form on my site and I can receive the form submissions to my email address, but when I put in my clients email in stead of mine, they don’t receive them. I’ve spoken with the host and they don’t see any reasons why they shouldn’t be receiving them. I’ve spent all day on this and really need the forms to be working for my client as website is live.
    Thanks in advance

  • I use this system and it works fine.

I change the email adress in text view on the page .. if I do it in visual view it doesn’t work

    Hi
The problem was that in Bluehost under MX records had to be changed from local to remote host and that fixed it.
    Thanks
