Hi,

I am requiring users to register in order to post.

Once they have submitted there post it get out into a draft for me to review.

Once I review it and press publish I want an email to be sent to the user letting them know there post has been approved with the URL of the post.

How can I do this?

Hello, this is not supported bu the free version of USP, but USP Pro it’s built right in.

Ah great I will be buying it then.

Does it also email the user telling them if the post is not approved e.g. sent to trash.

Yes, there are configurable options for sending alerts for approvals, denials (trash), and submissions, according to your needs.
