How to reactivate all plugins after activate Wordfence Security [Plugin]

Hi all,

My server was hacked by a base64 worm… or something like this. All wp files was rewrite with additional code by the worm.

I install and activate Wordfence Security (WS) Plugin and after the activation all others plugin was deactivated (thinking… after I’ll reactivate it!). I start the files restoration process with WS, and look working nice. When finis all wp installation files was cleaned and restored from a default version.

When I try to go in the plugin page, I just can see Wordfence Security plugin, but not all the others!
– I try to reset the plugin folder (plugins.old) and create a new empty one
– I try to reset the db table wp_options _active_plugind with a:1{}

No one work properly and I need to reinstall all plugins manually!
Someone know this issue? How I can restore the old plugins by database?
