testimonials appear cut off

Hi There,
I’m using the plugin as part of the circles theme, and I’m using the 2.15.1 version due to my server’s php version.

I have a problem with the testimonials slider getting cut off at the bottom on long testimonials. The testimonials appear cut off only if you let the slider work on its own. Once you use the sliders arrows the testimonials show in full and don’t get cut off any more. Any ideas how to fix this?

danisito,

I’m sorry to hear about this problem. My first guesses are if you’re using the older Testimonials version is if you’re also using the minimum and maximum height properties. Next, have you tried CSS debugging per the FAQ?

Hi Michael,
Thanks a lot for the quick response.

I checked the settings for height properties but they were empty. I tried setting new minimum height properties but nothing changed.
I checked the FAQ page but I don’t have the reset tab on my settings (like shown on the screenshots) so I can’t reset the plugin to the default options.

Your 5th tab is the reset. Also reset your widgets if possible.

In your case, I think you’ll need to reset global settings, delete your current testimonial widgets, and then create a new one. However, don’t adjust any settings till you’ve tested the bare bones widget.

Don’t forget that once you create a widget, it’s no longer controlled by the global settings.

Hi Michael,

Thanks again for your reply.
I reset the plugins options to default. Cleaned cache and used the bare shortcode (I’m not using the widget, only the shortcode to display a testimonials page), and still long testimonials get cut of at the bottom.

Any ideas?
