Change size of image on post pages – tracks

Hello,
I am trying to change the size of the header image on the Tracks post pages – at the moment the image is taking up the whole of the screen once you click through.

I tried this CSS code but it didn’t work – could someone advise?

height: 200px;
position: centre;
}
