Check this plugin, which lists users with built-in pagination and the ability for customizing the list output in your theme:

Or, if you dont want to use plugin, look at the code of this plugin to get some idea.

HI Tara…I have read many of your posts and am trying to get your attention by replying to a few of them because it does not appear you can direct message. My WP site was hacked by Islamic extremists and I need someone to help me recover the password. [Direct solicitation of work moderated]

@ctray1, I have deleted all of your other posts. Please do not use these forums to solicit private support. I strongly suggest you read the following points:

    • You cannot use these forums to recruit people to work for you
    • You must not offer to pay
    • You must not harass people
    • You should not post in other people’s threads to discuss your own issues
    • You should create a new thread each time you want to discuss a new issue, but one thread per topic please!
    • You should understand that these are entirely volunteer-based forums, and that comes with limitations of how frequently we can help you
    • You mustn’t offer your login credentials to anyone here.

Hopefully after that explanation you should be able to continue to post on these forums normally.

@ameeker, here is an article with sample code that shows how to paginate an array: http://wordpress.mcdspot.com/2010/11/25/pagination-using-paginate_links/
