• This is a bit weird. I am creating a new user and I select to send the user their credentials. I get the email stating the user was create (admin email) but the user does not receive the email at all. It’s not in spam either… it’s not being sent.

    I am using the default mail method as this works fine for my needs. It’s internal use only so I am not wanting to setup a proper SMTP email just for this. Especially since all other emails work. Just not the new account creation email for sending the user their credentials.

    This is a vanilla version of 3.9.1. No plugins or anything installed.

  • Is this new user using the same email platform as one of your other users? If not, it could be that their email provider is blocking your emails.
