Moving a WP blog to a new DOMAIN (and host) – how?

    I just bought a domain name and want to transfer my existing blog to the new domain. I’m not interested in setting up 301s (I already know how to do that) but I need to know what is the best way to transfer all my files, the WP database and settings.

    Both domains are hosted on systems that have cpanel so I can make a backup and restore it (maybe?).

    Is it easiest just to install WP on the new domain and import the database somehow? I’d have to set up all the setting again though. 🙁

    Any ideas?
