Yoast Video SEO conflicts with post order plug-ins

This morning I noticed that my video sitemap was empty. To troubleshoot, I started by deactivating various plug-ins. I determined the conflict was with Post Types Order: when PTO was deactivated, the video sitemap was back. Upon activating PTO, the sitemap was immediately empty.

Thinking this must be Post Types Order’s problem, I deactivated it then deleted it. I installed a different post order plug-in (Intuitive Custom Post Order), but the problem appeared again. Deleting this second plug-in, I tried a third plugin (Simple Custom Post Order) and the problem was back! So I’m thinking that Yoast Video SEO conflicts with how other plug-ins enable custom post ordering.

Please fix because I need to customize the order of my posts.
