There are a number of reasons that an automatic update could fail. Jetpack is a large plugin, with many modules and language files. This can cause issues with some servers when using the automatic update.

Could you please try manually reinstalling Jetpack? To do so, download the Jetpack plugin here:
    http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/jetpack.latest-stable.zip

Then, log in to your site via FTP, and delete the existing Jetpack plugin folder. You should then be able to reinstall the plugin manually by following the instructions here:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Manual_Plugin_Installation

I would strongly recommend that you make a complete backup of your website before trying this.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Hi Richard!

Big thanks for your great help.
I’ve done all the step and activate the Jetpack.

But then I found this error message:

Your website needs to be publicly accessible to use Jetpack: site_inaccessible
Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed

    What should I do next?
    Thanks.

    Hi!

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.

    If you check here: http://jetpack.me/support/debug/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fasean.bicaraenergi.com%2F

You’ll see the error states “Can not resolve domain nameservers”. That indicates a problem with your DNS>

    If you look here: http://www.intodns.com/bicaraenergi.com

    You can see several problems:

Mismatched NS records WARNING: One or more of your nameservers did not return any of your NS records.
DNS servers responded ERROR: One or more of your nameservers did not respond:
The ones that did not respond are:
    101.255.36.167
Missing nameservers reported by your nameservers You should already know that your NS records at your nameservers are missing, so here it is again:

    ina-phe-001-ns1.kotakomputer.com.
    ina-phe-001-ns2.kotakomputer.com.

These errors are the source of the problem you have in connecting Jetpack. Please speak with your host so that they can look into it and fix it for you.
