Dashboard link to spammer history wrong

    hi keith, hi community,

    there is something strange going on on my website. after moving from another domain and correcting the links in the database everything is fine except the dashboard link to the spammer history.

    i checked the database again but found no match of this link. i also uninstalled and reinstalled stop spammer, with no effect. the link ist still wrong.

    maybe someone has a tip to correct this?

    Use the link on the left under settings and it should “heal”. I had some problems when WordPress changed they way it linked to the plugin, so there is a band-aid fix in the code to remember how the plugin got to the page. It doesn’t always work.

    You may have to completely uninstall and delete the plugin and install from scratch to get it right. I’ve seen many instances where WordPress times out on an update or install and the plugin is left partially installed.

    Also, make sure that you go to BlogsEye.com and get the latest version. I don’t update the WordPress repository, but I do work on the plugin from time to time, so the code on BlogsEye.com has some newer features and bug fixes. (There is a beta-test page where you can get the code.)

    reinstalling with the code from blogseye worked.
