Here the problem:
Podpress is installed on my site, I have been using it for the past year. When I upgraded to Wordpress version 2.6.1 (and upgraded Podpress) it started to show and error. The error is when I try and post a new file. It posts just fine but it won't play it. So I checked what url it was trying to use for the file. Here is what happened:
Should look like:
www . ripinreality. ca/Podcast/Shows/RiR-010-2008-09-03.mp3
Instead looks like:
www . ripinreality. ca/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/www. ripinreality.ca/Podcast/Shows/RiR-010-2008-09-03.mp3
I have tried messing with the options but alas nothing seems to work.

So in a weird twist of events, I discovered that any link that links back to the site automaticaly adds a http://www.ripinreality.ca in front of it. So a link to http://www.ripinreality.ca/ would come out http://www.ripinreality.ca/ripinreality.ca
This only happens when I link back to my site.
I have solved this problem! All you have to do is make sure that there is a http:// in front of your links other wise it won't recognize it as a link!
I am having the same problem. When I configure the plugin, I cannot place the right link to my server. It keeps saying that is wrong.
The structure where I saved my files is:
http://www.pablofuente.com/Activos/Media/carretera.mp3
What should I do?
