Possible to exclude certain files from defer?

Hi,

First of all, thank you very much for producing and sharing this plugin, I really appreciate it.

I guess this might be more of a “feature request”, than a support issue, but is it possible to somehow exclude certain js files from being deferred?

I guess in a similar manner to the “Exclude styles from asynchronously option” ?

If this is very difficult to do, can you tell me why it is difficult so that I can think about how best to work around the problem I have at the moment?

The problem I have is kind of irrelevant in a way, because I know how to work around it, but it would mean quite a lot of time reconfiguring the design on a site, and as an interim measure, it would be much faster just to exclude one js from being deferred, while still being able to defer the rest, which makes a HUGE improvement btw.
