WP-Admin unable to access

    I’m hosting with Bluehost and have my NS pointed to their from my domain site. When I pull up my site, http://www.charliesamples.com WP comes up, but I cannot access the WP-Admin portion. Is that due to my recent install and I just have to wait till it is recognized.
