   Hi All,

   i'm trying to install wordpress for the 1st time to play with it but i set it up for use on an add on domain. I went through the procedure and i get an error saying:

   1) File: /home/user/public_html/folder/folder/wp-config.php [ERROR! ]
   2) File: /home/user/public_html/folder/folder/data.sql [ERROR! ]

   does anyone know why this might be?

   It doesn't create the folder either

   Hmm,

   Did you setup your database through your host?

   Have you inserted the correct values into your wp-config.php file?

   When did this error occur? What were you doing?

   hmm, you could always just try installing it manually.
