    Can you tell me which version of WordPress are you using?

    WordPress Ver. 3.9.1

    I tested it with multiple versions of WordPress including 3.9.1 and its working as its expected to be.
    Though I wasn’t able to test it with the Divogue theme, as its a paid theme and I don’t have any intend of buying it soon.
    If you can somehow share the credentials of the server having the issue, I might be able to fix it for you.

    Have you figured out the reason? If so can you please share what you did so that everybody else can also make use of that info, and if not, then let me know if you need my help figuring it out.
