This is the forum for the free version, not so much for sales etc. – But yes, you can. To get a feeling for what AdRotate does you can always install the free version and switch later.
You can use widgets, shortcodes and PHP snippets to place adverts pretty much anywhere.
With AdRotate Pro you can set impression limits too on schedules.

Commercial products are not supported in these forums and that really does include pre-sales questions.

I’m sorry, I guess I was being unclear.
I am asking you in your reply to direct your customers to your site when user’s post here. That’s all I am asking. You can’t control your customers posting here but you can control how you reply to them.
