How to earn from WordPress.com

Hello All, I’m a newcomer in bog arena and my blog is just 25 days old and it has 660+ followers and over 15000 hits within this short span. 🙂

I want it to run commercially. But the problem is I can’t understand how to put Ad or banner here. I googled for long time and came to know that perhaps it’s not possible for WordPress.com, but it’s possible in WordPress.org. Is it so? If yes, please tell me how can I import all the contents and also the followers and Blog stat(:P) to WordPress.org blog.
