The ability to make the bookings for the specific times in selected date possible at the Booking Calendar Business Small and Business Medium versions. Please note, in the Business Small version possible to define the same timeslot list for the any week days. In the Business Medium version, you can define the different times selections for the different weekdays or seasons. Please read more here.

Here is just some other useful info for you, about the usage and configurations.
If some visitor will reserve the specific time slot at selected date at specific booking resource (calendar), this timeslot become unavailable for the other visitors at this selected date in this booking resource. It’s means that in the calendar this date will mark with small “clock” icon at the bottom right corner, and when you mouse over this date, you will see the booked timeslot(s) in popover. Also if you will use the “timerange shortcode” for the timeslots selections, then after selections of the specific date in this timeslot selectbox will be available for the selections only available timeslots for this selected day.

You can configure the timeslots (with any specific time amount), or selections of the start time and end time or start time and duration of time at the Booking > Settings > Fields page.
