Hi m.meeks,
Sorry that you ran into issues here.
We’ve seen this a few times. Most cases were related to some other plugin or theme conflicting with us, preventing Javascript from executing the upgrade properly. Run a conflict test, but instead of finding the actual plugin or theme, just deactivate everything, do the upgrade, and the re-activate. That should get you back to running most quickly.
Here’s how to do that if you’re not sure http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/support-forum/faq/how-to-check-for-plugin-and-theme-conflicts-with-bd/
If you do that and it’s still not upgrading, contact us with admin and FTP credentials and we’ll take a deeper look. But do the above first: http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/contact/
Hey,
I have tried the steps and it did not resolve the problem. I have sent you the info you asked for via your contact page. As well as my direct contact information.
Please let me know the next step. Thanks!!
Hi Matt,
We’ve received your email–let’s keep the conversation there to avoid confusion.
I did the manual update this morning… but now the PayPal module/option no longer exist.
Hi mtporter,
Sounds like your PayPal module is out of date. The 3.4 upgrade requires a new version of PayPal to support recurring payments. Contact us here to get it and please include your PayPal email used to purchase it: http://businessdirectoryplugin.com/contact/
