Using the Gallery Slideshow with a separet Gallery plugin

    Hello!

    I am currently using another gallery plugin that uses the [gallery] shortcode in a pages content to create a gallery of images. The example can be seen here:

    However, the plugin doesn’t come with a lightbox. I love the slideshow link that this person is using within NextGen Gallery, but I’m unsure of how I can make my photos work.

    See how when you click one of her images it creates a slideshow of the images on the page? I want to do that with the galleries on my site, I’m not a fan of lightboxes and this NextGen aspect is perfect for me.
    Any help would be appreciated!

    @jumblejon – The example website you provided is using the NextGEN Legacy version 1.19.13 … the slideshow works differently now.

    I would suggest your best bet would be to try the current NextGEN Gallery to see if it will suit your needs (probably also best if you do this on a test site to start).
