Plugin doesn't work on 5.2.17 php version

    Hi there,
    I’m using the plugin as part of the circles theme. The testimonials used to work perfectly and lately we updated the wp and theme and moved to a new host and since then the plugin stopped working. I get the error message:
    Plugin “Testimonials by Aihrus” has been deactivated as it requires PHP 5.3.0 or newer. You’re running PHP 5.2.17. Once corrected, “Testimonials by Aihrus” can be activated
    I don’t have the option to update the php version (already spoke to the host support) and I really need the testimonials back on.
    Is there a fix for that, maybe a patch or an earlier version that can work for me?
