• As there were many complaints about this plugin i thought i should add a compliment!

I was very cagey about using it but I did. Followed the steps slowly and it did the job perfectly!

    nice one!

  • The plugin worked great for me as well! More positive testimony would be good — like oakers, I was rather scared to try it given the handful of negative threads — but I guess the current 4-star average is also helpful in that respect. 🙂

In any case, given the step-by-step nature of the plugin’s execution and options to backup files, one shouldn’t have too much trouble even if problems do arise.

I want to put in my $0.02 as well. This is a very well thought out and easy-to-use plugin. It worked perfectly and I loved the step by step process. Great job! Now I just have to put some money together and donate. 😉

    As a further add on…

    2.6.1 to 2.6.2 went without a hitch also! 🙂

Same for me. Never had any problems with this plugin. On top of that, it backs up the files for you, so there shouldn’t be any complaints.

    My $0.02: Upgraded 1 installation from 2.6.1 to 2.6.2 =
perfect! Upgraded 5 installations from 2.5.1 to 2.6.2 = All of them bombed out after the actual upgrade. In every case, I was locked out of the dashboard/control panel. I had to either use a different browser OR shutdown the browser and restart it. This meant WPAU didn’t know where it was in the process. I manually restarted all the previously running plug-ins and then allowed WPAU to do the clean up. All running smoothly.
