Maintenance mode plugin that works with iThemes security

Anyone know of a maintenance mode plugin that works with iThemes security?
Since moving the wp-login.php and securing the system ‘WP Maintenance Mode’ plugin no longer works.
So I was wondering if anyone was successfully using another plugin?
