Page caching page, dont want to cache images

I’m using dynamic images i.e they change on every page load. Using Page Cache in W3TC it doesn’t happen unless I’m logged in, it’s basically caching 1 image (from the group) and sticking with it until I purge the cache again.

Is there a ‘nocache’ option, eg for a specific image to tell the plugin not to cache that image(s), or maybe a way to turn off caching in a specific div?
