    Sorry, but I’m going to need some more info…

    Why did you change the org id?
    Where did you change it?

    Doesn’t work means… What exactly?

    Are you sure you’re looking for leads in the right organization?

    Are you using a sandbox account?

    Thank you for the quick response Nick. Originally the plugin worked seamlessly. I changed the org ID because I wanted to use a different SalesForce org…. At this time I was getting an error message that it wasn’t connecting to SalesForce. It is not the sandbox and I was looking at the right Org for leads. It is working now and I haven’t made any additional changes. Is it possible I just needed to give the org id change a little time to sync?
