That is a default WordPress file. I’ve never used a free webhost, but I would bet they don’t take backups. So I’m not entirely sure how you can restore your site.

What was the last thing you did before it wouldn’t open? Also, do you see any errors or just a blank page?
It sounds like what you’re seeing is a WP problem, but keep in mind that 000webhost is a scammy service. If you don’t log in periodically (or for any reason they choose) they yank the site and will only allow you to recover it if you sign up for their paid hosting. If you’re going to stay there, install updraft or another back up plug in.

The thing is that I have to complete this work by next week and i dont know if it is better to start from scratch again or what to do.

Also, a word of warning, we typically don’t recommend free hosting providers around here, as they often offer crippled servers that prevent WordPress from functioning properly.
There are a few recommended hosting providers, and if you really want a free blog, try WordPress.com instead.
