[BUG] This WooCommerce = No User Unlocking

I am using the latest version of WordPress, This Plugin, and WooCommerce. I found an error when I have these 2 plugin installed where I try to unlock myself and I get a WooCommerce error. I do know there is nothing you can do about it but if your plethora of developers could alert the WooCommerce team somehow to get this resolved that would be amazing. I’ve added it to a few places to get their attention but it doesn’t seem to be working. The WooCommerce error looks like this:

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_country_locale() on a non-object in /var/www/vhosts/iqcomputing.com/test/woo/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-frontend-scripts.php on line 138
