Upgrade Multisite website

    Hi, I’m running WordPress 3.6 that I’d like to uprade to the latest version. I’m afraid to get it wrong and lose all my sites therefore my question, is there a specific way to upgrade wordpress multisite?

    I don’t have the answer to your question, but make sure you do a backup before you do a major update like this. On my server side, I can do a backup on all files and all databases. Then the backup can be stored on the server side or I can download it locally. In case anything happen you can at least go back to the old version.

    Same way you upgrade any WP site 🙂

    Backup first, upgrade the WP core files second, drink a beer third.
