Searching for contact/upload plugin

    Hi,
    I’ve been searching for a plugin that does:

    – is a contact form
    – has upload functionality (with multiple files at the same time)
    – can be implemented in sidebar (as a text widget for instance)
    – is easy on the server

    I’ll be happy for tips:)
