Looking at the link tags assigning your stylesheets, I notice this:
href="./weblog.css"
./ in Web server speak means “current directory”. However, when you’re using custom permalinks, the server sees the current directory as something like:
archives/2004/11/22/oh-thank-the-lord/
Which doesn’t really exist on your server. So change the hrefs in your css link tags to:
href="/blog/weblog.css"
Thanks – I have followed your advice, but unfortunately I am still having the same problem.
You sure? I just visited and all looks well. Try clearing your web browser’s disk cache, and reload your site.
Done that and it’s still showing up unstyled in all my browsers (I have Firefox, Netscape and IE). Strange. Will try using a different computer or asking someone else to have a look.

No problems here either. Safari v1.2.4, FireFox v1.0.
You need to put an absolute path, not a relative path.
For example use http://www.vaguely.org/blog/weblog.css
rather than just putting blog/weblog.css
Done, and still it doesn’t display properly for me. Have asked two more people who say it’s fine on their machines. Bizarre.
