    Hello,

    I’m trying to back up a rather large site with duplicator.

    I used the setting ‘Attempt Network Keep Alive’ to back up the package of 478.79MB.

    However, with installing on the new site I get the following error:
    server code: 0
    status: error
    response:

    That’s it! When I try again I get the next one:
    INSTALL ERROR!
    A wp-config.php already exists in this location. This error prevents users from accidentally overwriting the wrong directories contents. You have two options:

    What do I do with an error code 0?

    Also, after the first error WordPress looks installed but there’s no content from the old site.

    Hey Darius89,

    Checkout this section on the FAQs I believe it may help with this issue:
    -> Browse to: http://lifeinthegrid.com/duplicator-faq
    -> Find section: “3. Troubleshoot=> Timeout Issues”

    From the installer side you might have to try the ‘Manual Extraction’ mode under advanced settings on step 1 of the installer…

    Hope that helps!

    Manual Extraction worked, I still got the same error but the was ready when I entered the root. Bit crappy that we have to do this now the site got bigger.

    Thanks for the help!

    Yeah its a limitation on the web server processes (sometimes PHP or Apache settings), there are ways around it but some of the budget hosts don’t allow it.
