@jr0131 – My first thoughts would be to a plugin conflict now that I have had a quick look at your site (thanks for the link).
Have you checked if this happens if you only have NextGEN Gallery active and temporarily change to Twenty Fourteen (or any other Twenty series theme)?

Yes, I did try that. Deactivated all plugins and used Twenty Twelve theme.
@jr0131 – Did you also clear all of your site and browser caches? It appears you are using W3 Total Cache minify which can have conflicting results with NextGEN Gallery.
You may even need to clear the image cache under Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous as well.

I cleared cache(all), disabled minify and nothing. I find code fixes from 3-4 years ago, but nothing current. Any other ideas?

In her current active site, debbiemcculley.com, it works perfectly but the nextGen version is 1.9.13 because when I updated to the current it totally destroyed it and all had to be redone, so I reverted back to old version and am now working on the newer version in a separate directory.
@jr0131 – Let us know how that works out for you. There could simply be some artifacts from older version of plugins that may be causing issues.

No, I’m sorry, I was just reporting how the other site works. I still need help with this issue for the new site.
@jr0131 – It would seem a Bug Report is in order, as we would have to have a look under the page to see what else might be involved.
Please include log in (and FTP) credentials with your Bug Report as well so we can get that closer look.

I sent a bug report and to date still have had no reply and still the gallery won’t work. What to do now?
@jr0131 – We respond to all Bug Reports sent … if you have still not received a response please send a new one and ping me specifically here to let me know you have sent it.
Just include @cais in your next response if necessary, I will receive an email from WordPress advising me you posted here. This will trigger me to look for your specific Bug Report. It would be very helpful if you added some specific indicator such as this topic URL and your WordPress username so I can search our reports more quickly.
