Certain theme options not working properly

    I have been running the free version of the Virtue theme for a while and I’ve really liked it and had very few problems up until now. Some of my theme options aren’t working properly. The upload button doesn’t work (just does nothing) and when I go to the typography tab the box for choosing the fonts doesn’t show up and none of the other boxes are populating. Here is a screenshot link of the problem. I’ve tried everything to fix this problem, reloading wordpress, de-activating and deleting all of my plugins, re-installing the theme EVERYTHING!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

    Hey,
    It sounds like a javascript error. like something is conflicting. If you’ve tried deactivating plugins then I have no quick guesses.
    But you can email me and let me take a look: ben@kadencethemes.com

    Or if you login and right click on the page and click the inspect button it should be able to show you if there are any javascript errors and where they might be coming from.

    Lastly you can try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/redux-framework/ It will override the theme options built in panel framework and may revolve some errors if there is a file permissions issue.

    Thanks! I downloaded the plugin and everything appears to be working again just fine.
