Sorry, but you’ll have to provide a bit more info.
Where are you trying to add these?
What’s your site url, what theme are you using. ????
Thank you for answering. My URL is:www.getmadatdisease.org and my theme is Twenty Twelve.
I simply cannot find how post links to other sites in my admin panel. Did a google search and there was supposed to be a fix, but it was a .php file.

Are you perhaps referring to http://wordpress.org/plugins/link-manager/ ?
That’s a plugin and can be installed by searching for “Links Manager” via Plugins -> Add New in your blog’s Dashboard.
Before you do that though, let me explain that the Links Manager was removed from WordPress and left as a plugin years ago in favor of custom menus via Appearance -> Menus in your blog’s Dashboard.
You can build a menu via custom links at Appearance -> Menus in your blog’s Dashboard, then add that to your sidebar or any other widget area via the Custom Menu widget at Appearance -> Widgets in your blog’s Dashboard. It’s much easier to use than the old Links Manager. 🙂
