Error Message When Pasting Auto Sign Up Code

Hello,

I’ve recently installed your plugin on my site. I’ve tried adding the Auto Sign Up code from iContact in the widget box and I keep getting an error message once I save it.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong here. But I would appreciate some assistance.
