Image Re-order by Drag and Drop not working

Hi, when I am making a post and add images in a album, the pictures load up fine, but when i come to the screen where your can change the order/position of the images – draging them doesn’t work and it adds a ton of white space between images etc.

Any ideas on how to fix as I have some posts I want to re-order the images on.

This is a page I want to re-order images on in the main post, but it’s in the editing page that the problem occurs.
