Double tax

    I am being charged double tax on the check out page. I can see it is because I must have mistakenly added the state rate separate from the county rates, and the county rates include the state rate.

    I tried to delete the state rate line, then I get a message that says the number must be greater than one. And the state rate line continues to recreate itself.

    With the state rate gone, I am being prompted to make the county tax rates by zip code all with a priority of 1. This is pages and pages of updates without a one click button.

    I was going to delete the entire rate table and start over, but I wasn’t sure how to delete the pages of rates by zip code.

    Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Yea get rid of the country flat rate and use the zip codes like normal…

    You can use the plugin to remove all state rates that you uploaded. Either way I am not sure why it would charge you twice as I have never used two different sources for taxes.

    This isn’t caused by my plugin but how you have your taxes configured.

    My problem is I can’t get rid of the State tax rate line. I have tried and it keeps recreating itself.

    Do you know how I can uninstall of of the rates that I uploaded?

    Yes I already told you… You can use the plugin to delete all tax rates…

    Thank you! I removed the tax rates using your plugin. I didn’t realize I could do that. Re-uploaded them and everything works fine.
